Once shipped:

• United States: 3–5 business days to arrive to you

• International: approximately 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive to you, depending on destination and customs processes

For pre-order pieces, please allow 1 to 2 months for creation and fulfillment, as these items are made or sourced with special attention.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Ethea is not responsible for customs delays.

To honor the energy, time, and craftsmanship that goes into every creation, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@houseofethea.com including your order number and photos of the item, and we will support you in resolving the situation with care.
